Terms & Conditions
All exchanges, refunds, returns and cancellations are subject to the following rules:
- Items returned must not be worn and be in new, original condition (with original packaging and tags).
- Unless stated, the cost of returning goods and redelivery is your responsibility. We are not accountable for returned items until they reach us.
- In very few cases, we may charge a small restocking fee to cover administrative costs (e.g. credit card processing fees, subsidised shipping costs we provide to you, etc.). We will notify you if this happens.
- Special/custom orders and clearance items can be returned if there is a fault. However, they cannot be returned for other reasons.
- Due to the nature of online images, the colours observed on this site may be slightly different than might be expected. This is generally not a valid reason for returns.
For in-store purchases and online Click and Collect (Store Pickup) orders
Have you gotten the wrong size or colour? No worries! Simply come down in store with your receipt within 90 days of purchase (yes, 90 days!), and we’ll gladly swap it over for you provided that your product is in original, unworn condition with the original packaging and tags, and we have adequate stock for you. Custom orders (i.e. products specially made for you) generally cannot be exchanged. For Click and Collect orders, it is best to contact us by email beforehand to ensure that we have your desired item in stock at your local store.
Do you have a problem with your purchase? We’re happy to offer after sales support! Within a reasonable amount of time (or within the warranty period if applicable), we can offer you a repair for faulty items if possible.
We offer refunds based on Australian Consumer Law. If goods do not meet consumer guarantees, we may offer refunds. However in other cases (e.g. change of mind), we generally don’t offer refunds. We will however, allow you an exchange for different products at an equal or greater value.
Please remember to retain your receipt so we can verify your purchase.
For online orders that are delivered
As with in-store purchases, your goods come with the same 90 day returns period for exchanges. We generally do not offer refunds, unless there is a major manufacturing fault. We will however, allow you an exchange for different products at an equal or greater value. We will also provide after sales support within a reasonable amount of time (or within the warranty period if applicable).
Please note that delivery costs are not refundable. The cost of sending products back to us, and redelivery to your address is your responsibility (in order to offer the lowest possible prices, our prices do not cover these extra costs). Of course in the case of a major manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to bear the cost of shipping fees.
Website Information and Prices
Transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian purchases. However, any further tariffs and taxes (e.g. import duties) are excluded from the purchase price, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Cost of delivery is not included unless expressly stated. All prices displayed in a currency other than the Australian Dollar are subject to change from day to day (and sometimes every few hours) due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Hence, international prices displayed should be taken as an estimation only. If you are using an international currency, the transaction will be processed in AUD and you will be charged at the then current exchange rate for your preferred currency.
We continually monitor third party links provided on our website. However, any third-party links or applications are not under our responsibility. We accept no liability or responsibility when you use these resources.
Whilst mostly consistent, listed prices and promotions on this site may differ from our store-outlets, and unless specifically stated, apply only to our online store. Stock levels listed on this site describe quantities at our warehouse; stock levels may be different at different stores.
Although extremely unlikely, we have the right to refuse orders or transactions if we believe them to be misleading, illegal or unethical in nature. Sometimes, we may not be able to accept orders based on unforeseen circumstances. We may make reasonable attempts to contact you if problems do arise, so please ensure that details provided are correct.
Please ensure all details you provide to us are correct and up-to-date. We are not responsible for re-posting items if you provide an incorrect shipping address.
